The Edwards 48FLED Series AdaptaBeacon LED flashing lights incorporate a unique double fresnel lens that has been optically engineered to maximize brilliance. This is accomplished with a series of complementing fresnels that cause the dome to "fill" when the light is operating. Beam distance is also increased with fresnel lenses. Light emitting diode lights are immune to shock and vibration. The AdaptaBeacon LED clusters are internally oriented to allow viewing when the unit is mounted either horizontally or vertically. The lights are available in four colors: red, amber, blue and green.

Designed for indoor or outdoor installation. May be direct, conduit, or box mounted on a 4" (102mm) octagon box on any plane. However, vertical installation ensures maximum beam width projection. Edwards long life flashing LED beacons are particularly effective in high noise level areas, especially where ear protection must be worn and a visual status indicator is required.
