Single Patient Station

The IR-155B (IR155B) Patient Station provides for efficient use of the nursing staff by permitting fast and reliable communication between staff and patient.

 Calling the nurse is accomplished by pulling the 6' call cord. Call-placed assurance and intercom operation are indicated by solid-state LEDs. The speaker/microphone is sensitive enough to assure clear conversation, even with weak patients. A "reset" button is provided on the durable, flame-retardant (UL®94V-0) plastic panel.

May be used as a retrofit for the IR-155N station with IH-106N backbox; requires two CL207 mounting adapters.

Architects' & Engineers' Specifications:

Patient stations shall be TekTones®'s IR-155B (IR155B) or approved equal as supplied by LEE DAN®. The patient station shall provide call placement indicators, A 6' pull cord for call placement, a combination reset button and in-use indicator, and a 2.5" x 2.5" speaker/microphone with voice response.

The patient station electronics shall be mounted on a durable flame-retardant (UL® 94V-0) plastic panel. Connections shall be plug-in connectors.

Pulling the call cord will place a call. Calls can only be reset at the station by returning the reset switch to its normal position.

The IR155B shall be UL® 1069 Listed
